Bread5 started as a family mission to bring back the simple joy of bread for my husband, who has type 1 diabetes. For years, he followed a strict keto diet, completely avoiding carbohydrates—but he missed the comfort of a warm slice of toast or a satisfying sandwich.

Determined to find a solution, I spent years researching and experimenting, finally crafting the perfect low-carb bread. With the help of expert bakers and nutritionists, we refined the recipes to create a delicious, nutritious, and gut-friendly alternative to traditional bread.
