Our story

Bread5 began as a family project to create bread suitable for my husband, who lives with type 1 diabetes. For the last five years, he has followed a strict keto diet, completely avoiding carbohydrates and he clearly missed simple joys of having a toast or a sandwich without compromising his health.

After extensive research and numerous trials, I developed several bread varieties, which were then further perfected with the help of professional bakers and nutritionists.

All ingredients are selected to comply with health food protocols focused on longevity and gut health - top quality, high fibre, nutrient-dense, low carb, and non-inflammatory to the gut.
